Pakistan reports below 400 new Covid-19 cases – The Nation

ISLAMABAD   –   Pakistan has detected 396 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, down from 514 a day earlier and seven more fatalities compared to Thursday’s two. The national positivity rate stood at 1.1 percent as of Friday morning. According to the countrywide breakdown, Sindh reported 213 cases during the past 24 hours (Friday morning), Punjab 77 cases and 4 deaths, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa 70 cases and 1 death, Balochistan 1 case, Islamabad 23 cases, Gilgit-Baltistan 6 cases while Azad Jammu and Kashmir reported 6 cases and 2 deaths during the same period. Furthermore, nearly 800 more people recovered from Coronavirus in the country in a single day.
